1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ice Coach™ web service provided by liplico LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service analyzes figure skating videos selected by the user, visualizing skeleton poses and jump trajectories.

• Videos are processed entirely within the user's browser and are not transmitted to any server.
• Analysis results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute official competition judging.
• Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any component thereof
• Extract, copy, or redistribute any model data, weights, or algorithms contained in the Service
• Analyze videos of others without the rights holder's permission
• Use the Service to infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

4. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analysis results. Results are estimates and must not be used for official competition judging.
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to device malfunction, overheating, battery drain, data charges, or any other direct or indirect damages.
• The Service performs intensive processing in the browser, which may cause device heating or rapid battery consumption.
• Video analysis may require data transfer (e.g., initial AI model download). Data charges are the user's responsibility.
• The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, trained models, and UI design, belong to the Company. "Ice Coach" is a trademark of liplico LLC (registration pending).

6. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle user data.

7. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
