How to Use
Step 1: Select a Video
Open the analysis page and select a video file from your device. Side-angle footage of figure skating jumps works best.
Tips for best results:
- Film from the side (perpendicular to the jump direction)
- Keep the skater fully visible during jumps
- A fixed camera position works best
- 3-30 seconds of video is ideal
- Supported formats: MP4, MOV, WebM
Step 2: Enter Skater Height
Enter the skater's height (first time only). An estimate is fine. You can change it later in Settings.
Step 3: Start Analysis
Press the Start button. The system will:
- Load the AI model (first time only, ~9MB download)
- Extract skeleton pose from each frame
- Detect jumps and draw trajectories
This typically takes 10-60 seconds depending on video length and your device's performance.
Step 4: View Results
After analysis:
- Skeleton Overlay — AI-detected skeleton is shown on the video
- Jump Trajectory — Jump path is drawn as a smooth curve
- Frame-by-Frame — Step through each frame to review form

Your video is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Troubleshooting
No skeleton detected?
Make sure the skater is fully visible in the video.
Analysis is slow?
Try a shorter video (3-10 seconds). Performance depends on your device's GPU and CPU.
